Meet the owner
Dr. Savannah Gardner

Dr. Savannah is a board certified chiropractic physician and owner of The Movement Foundry. She’s a go-getter girl from South Florida whose mission is to re-define the chiropractic experience for athletes & their families. A Palmer College Graduate and certified pediatric chiropractor, she has a passion for treating families, no matter the age, ability, or goal. She also provides specialized prenatal care as a Webster certified provider. Growing up in Jupiter, FL golf became a huge part of her life and she is excited to provide specialized care to the Pinehurst area as a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 3 expert. Whether you are a weekend warrior, a professional athlete, or are just looking to add chiropractic care to your health care regimen, she is ready to serve you!

The youngest of three, Dr. Savannah was born and raised in Jupiter, FL. As a young child, she dreamed of following in her mother’s footsteps and becoming a majorette at the collegiate level. At the age of 17 she suffered a tumbling injury, resulting in spinal fusion surgery at the L5/S1 level. She returned to sport and was selected as a Crimsonette at The University of Alabama. With residual pain and a rigorous performance schedule, she was in agony and over the counter medications weren’t helping any more. Her athletic trainer recommended a local chiropractor and she immediately saw a significant change in her pain and athletic abilities. She went on to perform in 2 SEC Championships & 3 National Championship Games - living out her dream, pain free.

She graduated a year early, earning her B.S. degree in Human Performance & Exercise Science. She then moved back to Florida to attend Palmer College, where she was awarded her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and the college’s most prestigious accolade - The Clinical Excellence Award. During her tenure at Palmer, she quickly found a passion for family care and women’s health, leading her to become Webster Certified. She also completed over 200+ hours of post-graduate education through the ICPA, pertaining to the care of children and pregnant women.

As an active duty military spouse, Dr. Savannah and her husband recently moved to the Ft. Bragg area. Both avid golfers and weekend warriors, Dr. Savannah decided to further her training in sport and performance based chiropractic and recently became a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 3 Provider. She traveled to Oceanside, CA this past November to train with the best in the industry and is excited to provide specialized care to the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area.

When they aren’t golfing, working out, or walking their beloved golden retriever, you can catch them planning their next adventure over a glass of wine and pizza. She is a coffee addict, a sunshine lover, and your biggest cheerleader.

Meet
Dr. Caitlyn Heidinger

Dr. Caitlyn Heidinger is a board certified chiropractic physician who was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ever since she was little, she has always had a passion for helping others and being the biggest cheerleader for those around her to be the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. After suffering from a Lisfranc Joint Fracture while cheerleading in high school, Dr. Caitlyn got an insight into the healthcare profession. She went on to pursue her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. A guest speaker, who happened to be the current team chiropractor for the Charlotte Checkers, gave a presentation in one of her classes which piqued her interest into the profession. Intrigued that the Chiropractic profession can implement rehabilitation in combination with adjustments and soft tissue therapies, Dr. Caitlyn went on to work as a Chiropractic Assistant to further immerse herself within the profession.

During her time at the office, she saw patients recover from acute injuries and return to pain-free activities of daily living without the use of medications and/or surgical interventions which ultimately lead to her applying to Chiropractic School.

A sunshine lover, Dr. Caitlyn attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in the quaint little town of Port Orange, Florida. During her time at Palmer, Dr. Caitlyn found a passion for working closely with the whole family with a focus in women's health, pregnancy, and chiropractic care for children. Dr. Caitlyn went on to become Webster certified, and to further continue her post-graduate education to soon obtain her CACCP Pediatric Certification through the ICPA.

In her free time, you can find Dr. Caitlyn at her local Orange Theory, spending time outside with her fur baby, or planning her next weekend trip to somewhere new. She is excited to be joining the family and is looking forward to providing the utmost quality of care and empowering her patients to reach their health goals, no matter their age, skill level or goal!
